The Market
Knowledge of the local market trends helps you make informed decisions. The recent stats show that we are still in a seller's market. If you have been considering selling, this looks like a good time. Inventory is still low with only 1.3 months supply. But median sold price is down month over month which may indicate a trend that will favor the buyer in coming months. Let me know if you would like more detailed reports.
Marketing your property.
Marketing real estate is very visual. You need excellent photography to stand out against the competition on the internet. I will capture the selling points of your property to appear on MLS and other major real estate web sites. In addition, your home will be posted to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

I can help you distinguish the value of competing offers, evaluating the quality of the buyer's mortgage prequalification, contingencies and other terms of the offer. My experience as a buyer's agent is an asset when working with sellers. Of course, the decision is yours as to which offer your accept.
