Marketing real estate is very visual. You need excellent photography to stand out against the competition on the internet. In addition to high quality stills, I will create a video tour to be attached to your listing which will convey to other major real estate web sites. In addition, your home will be posted to Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

I can help you distinguish the value of competing offers, evaluating the quality of the buyer's mortgage prequalification, contingencies and other terms of the offer.
